The Texas General Land Office (GLO) is seeking proposals for the removal and replacement of a bilge facility located in Rockport, Texas. The project involves the demolition, removal, transportation, and disposal of three existing tanks, approximately 200 feet of PVC piping, the existing pump shed, and two centrifugal pumps. It also includes furnishing and installing three new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tanks, approximately 200 linear feet of new HDPE piping, a new pump shed, and two stainless steel centrifugal pumps. Respondents must demonstrate the ability to complete the project in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Proposals must include a realistic project schedule. The deadline for submission of proposals is June 3, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. CT. Any addenda to the solicitation will be posted on the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) website. The contractor will be expected to complete the removal within 180 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.
