The estimated magnitude of the construction project is less than $25,**** payment bond will be required if the quote price exceeds $35,**** in SAM. gov is required.
The period of performance is from 07/07/2026 to 08/31/2026. The delivery date is 08/31/2026.
Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Payment will be made by NPS, IMR Arizona Mabo.
The contract includes Warranty of Construction (FAR ****).
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The factors are price, technical capability, and prior experience.
To be considered for award, your company must obtain a unique entity identifier (UEI), be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be considered a small business for the associated NAICS code. This registration must be active at the time of quote submission, award, and throughout contract performance.
The contract includes clauses for Termination for Default (FAR ****) and Withholding of Funds (FAR ****), which may imply penalties for non-compliance.
A site visit is mandatory and scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 9 AM Arizona Time. The meeting location is Lees Ferry Boat Ramp.
Protests must be served on the contracting officer by obtaining written and dated acknowledgment of receipt. A copy of any protest must be received within one day of filing with the GAO.
Failure to adhere to quotation requirements, including timely submission, may result in the quotation being unacceptable and ineligible for consideration for award. Firms involved in developing the design or specifications are not eligible for award.
