This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for road chip seal services at Hanging Gardens, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. The acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 12, 2026, at 9 am Arizona time. Questions are due electronically by May 15, 2026, at 12 pm MT. Quotations are due by May 28, 2026, at 12 pm MT and must be submitted via email to ***@***. *. * must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be considered a small business. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering price, technical capability, and prior experience. The period of performance is 30 days from the notice to proceed. A minimum 1-year performance warranty is required.
The period of performance for this contract will be 30 days from the notice to proceed. All work shall be completed within 30 calendar days from notice to proceed, inclusive of 5 weather days.
Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) system. The contractor must use the IPP website to register, access, and use IPP for submitting requests for payment.
A minimum 1-year performance warranty is required for this contract.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are price, technical capability, and prior experience.
To be considered for award, your company must obtain a unique entity identifier (UEI) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a small business for the associated NAICS code. This registration must be active at the time of quotation close, award, and throughout contract performance.
A site visit is scheduled for May 12, 2026, at 9:00 am Arizona time local time at the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Park Headquarters.

Failure to submit quotes according to the instructions provided within the solicitation may result in the respondent's quote not being considered for award. Late quotes will not be accepted.
