This is a firm fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for providing rapid response vehicle services for sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) work and minor construction at seven US Army installations in the National Capital Region (NCR). The contract has a five-year base period and two one-year option periods. The statement of work (SOW) details various engineering disciplines, project types, and required personnel qualifications (contract manager, quality control manager, contract superintendent, site safety and health officer). Key personnel must meet specific experience and education requirements. The contract includes detailed requirements for task order proposals (including site visits, drawings, wage determination, payment/performance bonds, project completion dates, proposal due dates, liquidated damages). The contractor is responsible for all planning, programming, administration, and management necessary to provide repair or construction services. The contract for test engineering and analysis services (TEAS) was awarded to Tunista Logistics Solutions, LLC, effective June 18, 2025. The five-year contract value is $52,085,316. 22. The contract is a cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) type, and a competitive, 8(a) small business set-aside. The period of performance includes a one-month phase-in period, an eleven-month base period, and four one-year option periods. The government has the option to extend services.

The US Army Mission Installation Contracting Command Theater Support Center (HQ MICC TSC) intends to award a competitive firm fixed price multiple award task order contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, and minor construction at seven sites in the National Capital Region. The contract will cover six US Army garrison directorates of public works (DPW) and the Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). The solicitation will be issued electronically on or around August 15, 2025, on the System for Award Management (SAM) website. Offerors must register in SAM and complete required training in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIE). The government will not reimburse any interested parties for costs associated with responding to the notice. The final requirements will be provided with the release of the final RFP.
