Reroof Government Bids & RFPs

This is a public tender for reroofing services at the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Little Falls West Shop Building. The scope of work includes all necessary permits, inspections, fees, labor, equipment, materials, roofing, mobilization, tools, transportation, off-site disposal, and incidentals to remove the existing roofing and replace it with new roofing according to specifications. A site visit is strongly recommended prior to bidding. All responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal; no email or faxed responses will be accepted. Contractors requiring assistance with registration or submission can contact the Contractor Assistance Help Desk at ****, option 1. Failure to respond to the latest event version may result in bid rejection. Vendors are responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements. The DNR will determine if the vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in the event. Unit prices must include all costs, such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax. The direct pay permit **** does not apply to this project. Award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting specifications and terms and conditions. The state reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping, or by total, whichever is most advantageous. A system confirmation message will be received upon successful submission.
