A minimum one-year warranty on non-consumable parts is required. Vendors must provide detailed manufacturer specifications if proposing an equivalent model. The total price of the contract is firm. The 409th CSB, RCO Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation for an indefinite delivery type (IDT) contract for shop equipment services at USAG Bavaria. The period of performance is expected to start March 23, 2026, and includes a one-year base period and three one-year option periods. The solicitation will use a low price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factor. The government anticipates releasing the solicitation before the end of 2025, but reserves the right to delay or cancel it. The contract is for non-personal services to provide maintenance and repair of US government-owned shop support equipment. The contractor will be responsible for all work, planning, programming, administration, management, and execution of the services. This includes maintenance, repair services, safety inspections, and supplying repair parts.
