The delivery date for the items is on or before June 15, 2026.

Payment will be made by the Defense Health Agency. Invoices are to be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless otherwise indicated. The Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system is used for electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports.

The government will evaluate each quotation using simplified acquisition procedures under FAR **** for commercial products/services, lowest price and technically acceptable quote to the government. The government will evaluate factor 1 Technical Capability to determine technical acceptability and factor 2 Price, to determine the successful awardee.

Offerors and quoters are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time an offer or quote is submitted, and lack of registration will make an offer or quote ineligible for award.

The equipment and accessories must be delivered by September 17, 2026.

The payment will be made in accordance with ****, payment by electronic funds transfer.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

Vendor must be an authorized distributor and submit an authorized distributor letter from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) along with your quote.

The contractor is responsible to conduct site visits.

The offer due date is February 13, 2026.

The equipment and accessories must be delivered by September 17, 2026.

The contract price includes all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and duties.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

It is the responsibility of the contractor to conduct site visits, verify existing conditions, quantities of materials, installation instructions of materials to be used, and resolve discrepancies or conflicting requirements in this statement of requirements.
