The Town of Gilford is seeking proposals for HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repair services for municipal buildings from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2028. Services include routine maintenance, emergency repairs (24/7 availability), and monitoring of systems. Proposals are due by 10:30 AM on July 1, 2026. Selection will be based on the best qualified basis. A site visit to the municipal buildings is encouraged. Insurance certificates are required. Payments will be made monthly, net 30 days.
