Boiler and domestic hot water ( DHW) replacement at two Anchorage, AK sites Phase 1: Removal and disposal of one Triangle Tube INSC199 wall- hung combination water heater/boiler and installation of one IBC CX199 combination water heater/boiler or approved equivalent, including new flue exhaust connection, fresh air intake, condensate neutralizer and pump, isolation ball valves, thermometer, pop- off relief valve, drain valve, and wiring. Phase 2: Removal and disposal of one Weil- McLain Ultra 105 wall- hung boiler and one Triangle Tube Smart 80 indirect water heater, and installation of one IBC VX199 boiler and one IBC DTL65 Interstor indirect water heater or approved equivalent, including new circulating pumps, backflow preventer, pressure reducing valve, DHW mixing valve, spiro vent, expansion tanks, dielectric unions, thermometer, condensate neutralizer and pump, drain pan, zone controller, and new exhaust and fresh air intake piping.
