Payment is made through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Invoices must be submitted to the Contracting Officer's Representative or park point of contact for review and approval prior to submission to IPP. Prior to submitting an invoice to ipp, all invoices shall be submitted to the contracting officers representative or park point of contact for review and, if acceptable, approval.

The contractor shall provide the standard commercial manufacturer's warranty for the items, effective upon delivery and acceptance, covering structural defects, excessive warping, milling defects, and hidden defects. he contractor shall provide the government with the standard commercial manufacturers warranty normally provided to commercial customers for the same or similar items. the warranty shall be in effect for a period consistent with customary commercial practice commencing upon delivery and acceptance by the government.

Responses will be received until 2:00 p. m. , MST, Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Progress payment schedules, invoice procedures, and payment terms shall be established and mutually agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

Manufacturer warranties for all installed materials, equipment, and systems, as well as installation and workmanship warranty documentation, are required.

Proposals will be scored based on qualifications and experience (35%), ability, experience, and qualifications of key personnel (25%), work plan, schedule and understanding of project (25%), and price (15%).

Company shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction projects of similar size and scope and have successfully completed at least three (3) construction projects within the past five (5) years in an occupied office or government facility.

Deficiencies in work must be corrected promptly. Failure to correct work may result in the county obtaining another contractor and charging the original contractor for costs.

A pre-solicitation meeting will be held at parks headquarters at **** Creek Crossing St. , Colorado Springs, **** of site and contract documents is recommended.

The deadline for submitting questions is June 15, 2026, at 2:00 p. m.

Failure to respond in the required format or provide required information may deem your submittal nonresponsive. Submitting false information can serve as grounds for disqualification.

All work shall be completed no later than 90 days after award. The period of performance has been changed to 120 days.

Payment will be made by the government in accordance with the prompt payment act (31 ****) and regulations at 5 CFR part **** must be submitted via email to ***@***. *. *, with a copy to the technical POC.

The contractor shall provide a standard commercial warranty and perform rework at no additional cost to the government.

The government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous, considering price and other factors. The award will be made to the lowest priced quote that conforms to the solicitation requirements.

Offerors shall be evaluated on a successful/unsuccessful basis for capability. Documentation must demonstrate the ability to complete work within the required timeframe, including a clear project schedule and a comprehensive delivery plan. A licensed professional engineer must provide stamped and sealed drawings.
