The City of Worcester is seeking proposals to install upgrades to an existing incident command trailer. The scope includes installing a commercial mobile diesel generator, air conditioning, and modifying the trailer tongue. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by September 22, 2026, at 4:00 p. m. local time. Awards will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The contractor guarantees equipment, materials, and workmanship for one year after final inspection. Payment terms are net 45 days, with a prompt pay discount of 30 days.
