The web-based form enables a smart barcode containing all of the information on the form, which will enable a higher rate of accuracy and minimize errors. Tungsten is a DRTS registered Kofax service provider giving them exclusive rights to DRTS sales and maintenance of Kofax software needs. Market research has been performed via NASA SEWP. Infocap is a DEA registered Kofax reseller. Kofax's structure limits access to DRTS licenses and maintenance needs. The contracting officer determines that only one source is reasonably available and only the specified brand name item will satisfy the government's need.
