Pest control services for the asset management department of the city of Tulsa. The city is requesting bids for pest control services for use by the asset management department. Basic monthly control shall be for but not limited to such pests as: roaches, ants, spiders, mice, rats, flies, etc. 1. pest control shall be performed in office type areas upon request at no additional charge. 2. if asset management facility operation requests spraying on the outside of facility, this will be done at no extra charge. 3. prices quoted shall include callback service should it be necessary for particularly troublesome or spontaneous outbreaks of pests. 4. minor fogging offices shall be included at no charge. 5. major fogging fumigation will be an extra charge. an area of over 3, 000 square feet or having 20 or higher ceilings may require an extra charge. notification must be sent to the asset management facility operation department prior. 6. termite treatment shall be conducted on an asneeded basis at the request of th
