Proposals must be received prior to 2:00 p. m. Alaska time on July 17, 2026.

Payments shall be made to the selected proposer within thirty 30 calendar days after the Borough receives and approves a written request for payment or invoice.

All responding firms must hold a valid Alaska business license and be registered to practice professional engineering in the state of Alaska.

Any aggrieved proposer, within ten calendar days after issue of a notice of intent to award, may appeal to the Capital Projects Director.

Proposals not received prior to the date and time specified in the RFQ, or otherwise modified by addendum shall not be considered and will be returned unopened.
