The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation Fish and Wildlife Department is seeking proposals for catering services for their First Salmon Ceremony. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of meal preparation, delivery, setup, serving, and cleanup for approximately 200 attendees. This includes providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials. A continental breakfast and lunch are to be served, with specific menu items listed. Salmon will be provided by the department. Proposals must be in writing, signed, and include a total proposal amount. A valid current food handler's permit must accompany the bid. All remaining food is to be packaged for attendees. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, Indian preference, price, description of hot/cold food temperature maintenance, proposal completeness, and compliance requirements.
