Bids are requested for the construction of a landfill leachate forcemain reroute project. Bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN by Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 11:00 am local time. Mailed or hand-delivered bids will not be considered. The project includes mobilization, 4,930 LF of 4 DR11 IPS HDPE forcemain by horizontal directional drill, and sewer cleanout structures. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. Bidders must possess a valid North Dakota contractor's license. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bids will be received and accepted via electronic bid vbid through questcdn until tuesday, july 28, 2026, at 11: 00 am local time.
If the city of minot elects to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder, and the lowest responsible bidder does not execute a contract within ten 10 days, the bidders bond will be forfeited to the city of minot, and the city of minot may award the project to the next lowest responsible bidder.
Each bidder must possess a valid north dakota contractors license for the full amount of their bid, as required by section **** of the north dakota century code. Each bidder must enclose a copy of their contractors license or certificate of renewal, issued by the north dakota secretary of state, and each license must be valid and dated at least 10 days prior to the date set for bid opening, as required under section **** of the north dakota century code.
