The work to be performed under this contract shall be completed by December 30, 2025.

Payment will be made to the contractor within thirty 30 days of completion and acceptance of the project by owner.

Contractor is to visit and familiarize themselves with site.

The DRE should possess a valid denominational certification issued by a recognized religious authority or organization or a minimum of five years of teaching experience in a religious or academic setting, as documented in resume and supported by references or employment record. A copy of the applicable transcript or diploma must be submitted as evidence. The quoter shall submit 3 professional letters of reference each dated within the last 5 years, that attest to the quoter's: professionally conduct and reliability, teaching effectiveness in a religious or educational setting, knowledge and practice of religious principles. Each letter must include the references name, contact information, relationship to the quoter, and signature. The quoter shall demonstrate familiarity with roman catholic history, the liturgical calendar traditions, and doctrines relevant to religious education planning through one or more of the following: documented coursework in catholic theology or religious studies e. g. transcripts or degree, previous employment of volunteer work in a roman catholic religious education program, noted in resume, certificates of completion for training in catholic doctrines or catechesis, description of responsibilities in previous roles that reflect planning and implementing catholic religious education. familiarity with the liturgical calendar and roman catholic doctrines used in planning religious education programs is required. The quoter shall demonstrate a history of religious service or involvement by submitting documentation such as: a resume listing prior roles in religious organization paid or volunteer, a letter of endorsement or certification from a recognized religious leader or institution, professional references as outlined in section 7. 1. 2.

The required delivery date is 90 days after receipt of award.

Award shall be made to the technically acceptable offeror that provides the fastest completion time and lowest price.

Offerors must be registered at sam. gov at the time of offer submittal and have a completed FAR provision ****, offeror representations and certifications commercial products and commercial services, on file.

Attendance at a site visit is not mandatory and will not influence the outcome of this procurement. Offerors interested in a site visit prior to solicitation closing must notify the contracting officer and contract specialist immediately.
