Contact the purchasing office for further information. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders must provide evidence of their ability to provide printing products and services. Samples may be requested. Delivery will be to various school district locations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract term is one year, with the option to cancel for nonperformance.

If the successful bidder fails to deliver as ordered, or within the time specified, or within reasonable time as interpreted by the school district, or fails to make replacement of rejected articles, the school district may purchase from other sources and the bidder agrees to reimburse the school district for excess costs. On all such purchases the successful bidder agrees to reimburse the school district promptly for excess costs occasioned by such purchases.
