The bid due date is July 2, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Submissions must be electronic via bidnetdirect. com. Contractors must be licensed and have at least three years of experience. The tribe may give preference to Seminole Tribal and STOFI owned businesses.
All services must commence within 30 calendar days of purchase order receipt and be completed within 10 calendar days. All services described in the sow must commence within thirty 30 calendar days of receipt of purchase order and must be completed within ten 10 calendar days.
The tribe will evaluate submissions based on on-time and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date, lead time, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current and pending workload, and pricing versus the market. Pricing will be listed from lowest price to highest price for all bidders whose submission meets the minimum requirements listed above
