The State of Tennessee is seeking proposals for food services for the Tennessee Fire Service and Codes Enforcement Academy. The estimated maximum liability is between $1,800,000 and $2,500,000 over a 60-month term. Proposals are due by July 14, 2026. A pre-response conference and site visit will be held on May 13, 2026. Responses must include a technical response and a cost proposal, submitted digitally or via email. Late responses will not be accepted. Respondents must demonstrate general qualifications, experience, technical qualifications, and submit a cost proposal. Specific requirements are detailed in RFP attachments 6. 2 and 6. 3.
A site visit will be held following the pre-response conference on May 13, 2026.
The end of the protest period is August 14, 2026.
Disqualification may result from unauthorized contact with state employees, failure to submit a response by the deadline, including pricing in the technical response, or submitting alternate contract terms.
The estimated maximum liability for the resulting contract is anticipated to be between $1,800,000 and $2,500,000 over a sixty (60) month term.
