The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 35 calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed. The completion date is 07/01/2026.

Contractor must be licensed and bonded to perform all levels of mold remediation and be able to provide an assessment and verification of mold-affected areas identified by the government. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete all tasks and must be able to implement mold remediation procedures consistent with current EPA, OSHA, and IICRC S520 standards.

A site visit will be held on 05/06/2026 at 10 AM Pacific Time at **** Silver Lake Rd, Chiloquin, OR, **** visits are not mandatory, but highly encouraged. Contractors must RSVP to ***@***. *. * no later than 24 hours prior to the site visit if planning to attend.

Questions must be submitted in writing no later than 05/11/2026 at 10 AM Pacific Time to jessicatines@ios. doi. gov.

The quotes are to be received no later than 1:00 p. m. eastern standard u. s. time on May 8, 2026, as stated in the solicitation. The required equipment delivery timeframes are per the attached specifications.

The bid notice states that quotations will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. Award will be made to the responsible firm that offers the lowest total cost to the government for the entire requirement after a pass fail evaluation of the contractors provided technical submittals meeting or exceeding salient characteristics solicitation requirements.

Payment will be remitted following receipt of monthly detailed invoices.

The bid notice states that the manufacturer warranty for materials installed shall be no less than one year, and the service warranty for labor shall be 90 days.

The government will award a firm fixed price design bid build (DBB) construction contract to the offeror who submits a proposal that is the best value to the government, using the best value trade off process.

Offerors must have an active SAM registration at the time of proposal submission and award. In the case of joint ventures (JV), the JV entity must also be registered in SAM as a distinct business entity.
