RFB- 62- 27 Roof Replacement Harlan National Guard Armory
Roof replacement Replacement of existing roof materials and provision of new roof system for Harlan National Guard Armory. This includes demoing existing SBS roof system and insulation down to the deck, demoing existing edge metal, downspouts, scuppers, conductor heads, and splash blocks, and providing a new SBS roof system with new cap sheet and base sheet over a minimum of 4. 5 inches of polyisocyanurate rigid insulation over the existing deck. Existing metal deck, roof top equipment, and curbs shall remain, with flashing around new and existing curbs and raising curbs to accommodate increased insulation thickness. New sealants and backer rods are to be provided in all existing brick movement joints above the roof. New edge metal and downspouts are also to be provided.

Provide new SBS roof system consisting of new cap sheet and base sheet over min 4. 5 inches or polyisocyanurate rigid insulation over existing deck. Existing metal deck is assumed to be undamaged. Existing roof top equipment and curbs shall remain. Flash around new and existing curbs. Raise curbs to accommodate increased insulation thickness. Provide new sealants and backer rods in all existing brick movement joints above roof. Provide new edge metal and downspouts.
