Bids are due no later than 4 PM on **** submissions will not be accepted.

Payments shall be made within **** days of receipt of proper invoices for work completed the previous month. There will be no penalty for late payments. Vendor/consultant are advised that they must submit monthly invoices within 30 days after the month services were performed. Invoices submitted 90 days or more after the month services were performed will not be paid by Riverbay.

The evaluation criteria include bidders past experience performance (50 points), bidders cost of services (30 points), bidders ability to undertake the entire scope of work (10 points), and bidders ability to comply with bid instructions (10 points). Riverbay retains the discretion to determine the lowest qualified bidder.

Bidders must provide a company profile including company overview, technical competence, experience, key personnel resumes, and references from five past clients. Subcontractors must also be listed. Bidders must complete and submit Appendix B, Statement of Qualifications for Bidders.

Failure to adhere to submission instructions, including late submissions, may result in disqualification. Failure to provide pricing for each line item may also result in disqualification. Unauthorized conditions, limitations, or provisions attached to the proposal may cause rejection.

Deliver orders within thirty (30) to sixty (60) business days from receipt of an order request.

The contractor shall include a list of the last five projects that it managed of similar facilities, scope, size, and cost of work, with customer reference contact information. Provide if project completed on budget, project schedule, actual project duration, quality of workmanship, and if project specs were met. Provide a copy of the onsite safety plan.

Vendors are encouraged to review available product samples onsite to confirm dimensions and specifications.
