Riverbay Corporation is seeking a supplier for convector rubber gaskets and rubatex rolls. Bids are due by 4 PM on June 5, 2026. The scope of work includes furnishing and delivering these items. Payments will be made within **** days of receipt of proper invoices, with no penalty for late payments. Invoices must be submitted within 30 days after the month services were performed. Appendix A outlines the Statement of Policy on Standards of Conduct, and Appendix B details prohibited transactions. The bid form requires pricing for specific gasket and rubatex roll items, with estimated annual quantities. Vendors must agree to deliver within 3-7 business days of an order request and maintain a safety stock of at least one month's supply.

The proposal will be evaluated based on bidders past experience performance (30 points), bidders cost of services (50 points), bidders ability to undertake the entire scope of work (10 points), and bidders ability to comply with bid instructions (10 points). Riverbay retains the discretion not to award any contract, and/or to determine in its sole judgment, the lowest qualified bidder.
The contractor shall include a list of the last five projects that it managed of similar facilities, scope, size cost of work, with customer reference contact information. Provide if project completed on budget, project schedule, actual project duration, quality of workmanship and if project specs were met. Provide copy of onsite safety plan.
There will be no penalty for late payments.
Any material omission of fact, or any false, misleading, or inaccurate representation set forth in response to the questionnaire set forth in appendix b shall be grounds for immediate termination of this contract. In addition, it is expressly agreed that riverbay shall be entitled to recover any additional cost or expense it may incur arising from any inaccurate representation or material omission of fact.
