The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) is seeking bids for agencywide janitorial services to clean vacant units. The contract term is for three years with two one-year optional renewals. Proposals are due by 10:00 a. m. CST on July 23, 2026. Questions are due by July 8, 2026. Bids will be opened virtually on July 23, 2026. The award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is most advantageous based on price.
