This is a pre-solicitation notice for the repair of the fire training facility at Building 218, Homestead Air Reserve Base. The solicitation is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA). The estimated total magnitude of construction is between $1,000,**** and $5,000,****. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or after May 7, 2025, with a closing date approximately 30 days later. Contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) and have completed their online representations and certifications. They must also be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Compliance with NIST SP ****, and specific DFARS clauses is required. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. Liquidated damages will not be required. Prime contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers may attend future site visits. The complete solicitation will only be available electronically at sam. gov. No paper copies will be provided.
