Respondents should submit documentation demonstrating their ability to meet each of the task areas listed in the draft PWS, including their organizational and staff ability, type of work performed in the last three years, size, complexity, customer, contract type, approximate value, and scope. They should also describe their core capabilities and provide examples of experience in each task area, particularly in large-scale cybersecurity engineering and operations in federal environments, DevSecOps for mission-critical systems, and **** SOC operations and incident response. Additionally, respondents need to indicate their organization's size and socioeconomic status, and any anticipated subcontracting or teaming arrangements.
