NFPC Three Year Weld - NSWC Philadelphia is soliciting a three- year Firm- Fixed- Price ( FFP) Indefinite- Delivery, Indefinite- Quantity ( IDIQ) weld service contract through NFPC. Each delivery order will require two ( 2) each welders as specified in P
This is a solicitation for a three-year firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) weld service contract for nickel-aluminum-bronze (NAB) casting weld repair services at Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) facilities. Each delivery order will require two welders for a duration of two weeks (80 hours) per trip, with a maximum of five trips per contract year. All travel, material, and other direct costs must be included in the firm-fixed-price for each order. The contract requires welders to be certified and experienced in welding NAB to depths of six inches or more, and to perform multipass welding repairs using MIG and TIG processes. Welders must be able to work with NFPC's fluctuating schedule and adhere to all security protocols. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment and materials. Security clearances are required for personnel working on-site. Delivery orders will be issued as requirements materialize.
