Exterminator Government Bids & RFPs

The contract period begins on ovember 12, 2025 and ending on september 30, 2028.

All bidders must meet the attached specifications and criteria. All bidders must submit this form with bid. The company performing services must meet the following criteria: licensed under the georgia structural pest control act current certificate of insurance: general liability including care, custody and control, premises operations, products completed operations. 100, 000 minimum bodily injury and property damage combined limits workers compensation employee liability insurance 100, 000 each accident 500, 000 disease limit 100, 000 each employee disease limit a photocopy of the licensees georgia structural pest control commission certification and certificate of insurance must be provided when bid quotes are submitted.

If the company fails to comply with the specifications or fails to render satisfactory service, it shall be given 30 days notice to correct the problem or comply with the specifications or the agreement may be canceled by the county.

The bid notice states that proposals must be submitted no later than october 24, 2025 2: 00 p. m. cst.

Payment in full will be made within fortyfive 45 days after receiving invoices for goods sservices rendered as meeting all performance specifications.

The vendor expressly warrants that all equipment supplies andor services provided shall: 1 conform to every specification, drawing, sample, or other description which was furnished or adopted by mwsu, 2 be fit and sufficient for the purpose expressed in the rfp, 3 be merchantable, 4 be of suitable materials and workmanship, and 5 be free from defect.

All proposals will be evaluated based on the following key criteria: demonstrates understanding of the purpose, nature, requirements, and vision 10 demonstrates vendor strengths, experience level and expertise with project 10 demonstrates the ability to execute the requirements and specifications with completeness and quality of response, including clear deliverables and compliance 20 demonstrates the innovation, market evolution, and approach to modern process improvements to maximize effectiveness and efficiency 5 proposed cost 20 availability of vendor to complete scope as outlined in timeline ontime and onbudget 20 reference completeness of required information and subsequent reports 10 additional criteria may be considered by the selection committee unique to the product or service 5

All work to be performed by state of missouri licensed pest control commercial applicators. mwsu must receive a copy of each applicators license prior to commencing work.

There will be a mandatory prebid meeting on october 17, 2025 at 11: 00 a. m. in the vartabedian lobby. immediately following will be a site tour of the facilities that require interior treatment.

The last day for questions regarding this rfp is 9: 00 a. m. cst on october 21, 2025.
