This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for a specific item (NSN: ****). Vendors must update their representations and certifications on SAM. gov. The solicitation includes detailed requirements for pricing, manufacturer, country of origin, discounts, and quantities. Delivery is FOB destination, CONUS. Administrative compliance is mandatory, including completing all required documents and provisions by the close date and time of the solicitation. The basis of award is low price. This notice is a sole-source solicitation for the purchase of main rotor blades. The government intends to negotiate with only Davis Aircraft Products Co. , Inc. No other suppliers will be considered. The government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice. There are no commitments by the government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract.
