Janitorial services for the Virgin Islands National Park. Cleaning services for visitor center public restrooms, facility maintenance building, resource management science building, and resource management science public restrooms, including visitor center office spaces, visitor center first floor visitor use area, and resource management science public conference room. Standard janitorial practices and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment are required. Uniforms must be worn by contractor personnel clearly indicating contractors name. If applicable, all vehicles must be identified with contractors logo or acquire a park parking permit. Prior approval of the contracting officers technical representative COR is required before any work may be performed outside of listed hours.
