The bid notice states that delivery of equipment is required no later than 45 calendar days from the award of the contract. The seller shall ensure the package is appropriately marked with the contract number, delivery address, and contracting officers representative information. No partial delivery is authorized. The seller shall notify the contracting officer representative three business days before delivery and include providing tracking information.

The bid notice states that the contractor shall pick up, repair, or deliver an item or items within three working days from receipt of notification. For emergency services, the contractor shall pick up or deliver an item within 24 hours.

The bid notice states that periodic, unscheduled, onsite contractor visits may be made by the COR or designee to monitor the contractors performance under this contract.

The bid notice states that failure to maintain Joint Commission accreditation or equivalent standard may be grounds for termination of this contract.

The government's desired delivery date is October 5, 2026, or sooner.

The government's method of payment will be electronic payment via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

The government intends to award a single FFP purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable.

In order to be determined technically acceptable, the offeror shall submit the name of its source for the HR 1 powder with its quote for government evaluation and provide a written explanation on how the work was or is relevant to the work being quoted in this solicitation, including details about how it is similar in scope, magnitude, and complexity to the requirements of this solicitation.

The government will also consider past performance information in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) where negative information within SPRS may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable.

The bid submission deadline is July 1, 2026, at 1:30 PM.

The project site will be made available to bidders by appointment during MCES normal business hours. All visits shall be scheduled by contacting foxr@mcohio. org.

The bidder questions deadline is June 19, 2026, 12:00 PM.
