Request for SF330 from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms for A&E services to correct structural deficiencies at Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital. Completed SF330 packages must be delivered on or before June 03, 2026, by 2:00 PM CST.
Selection criteria include professional qualifications, specialized experience and technical competence, capacity to accomplish the work, past performance, location of design firm, claims and terminations, reputation in AE community, and knowledge of locality.
Qualified firms must be Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and verified in the Vendor Information Pages database (sam. gov). Prime contractors must have licensed/registered specialty disciplines including Project Manager, Architect, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Cost Estimator.
The AE firm shall be responsible for conducting site visits for data gathering, investigation, and documentation of existing conditions. Multiple site visits are planned during the schematic design phase.
Firms may be disqualified if they do not comply with subcontracting limitations, are not registered in SAM. gov, or if individuals providing services are listed on the Excluded Parties List System (epls).
