Lot 1: Semi annual inspection ( 2 per year) at all three sites based on the following scope of work which will be performed by one ( 1) mechanic and one ( 1) electrician under confined space entry procedures unit price shall be per- semi annual inspection of all three sites 1. Pull inspection covers on inlet side 2. Inspect and clean up debris 3. Check cutting cartridge for wear 4. Check operation of speed reducers 5. Lubricate each unit in accordance with manufacturers recommendations 6. Test motors 7. Check control panels 8. Check voltage readings 9. Check all electrical connections 10. Observe any evidence of vibration on systems 11. Give county written results of inspection ** to be billed semi- annually
