Substantial completion: 426 calendar days after notice to proceed. Final completion: 45 calendar days after substantial completion. 2. VRFA Administrative Headquarters portion: approx. 18, 400 sq. ft. remodeling of an existing medical office building, including extensive demolition and repartitioning of spaces.
