Completed, signed, and properly notarized affidavits are required. The ensuing contract may be eligible for FEMA reimbursement and/or federal funding reimbursement. The contractor shall not pay any state or local sales or use taxes on materials and equipment which are affixed and made part of the immovable property of the project. The technology affidavit is required. All prices must be held firm throughout the entirety of the contract. Bidders may request an escalation provision. Delivery is FOB Jefferson Parish.
