The Newburgh Enlarged City School District is seeking bids for multi-departmental uniforms for facilities & operations, food service, and security departments. Bids are due by 10:00 AM on July 21, 2026. The scope of services includes uniform provision, customization with district logos and department identification, an inventory ordering system, direct-to-site delivery with defined turnaround times (**** business days standard), and replacement for defective items. The contract term is one year with options to extend up to four additional one-year periods. Bidders must submit two original copies and one copy on a thumb drive. The vendor shall replace, at no cost, defective items or incorrect orders. Minimum warranty expectations can be defined, e. g. , 90 days or more.
The district will award the bid to the responsive and responsible bidders whose bid is most advantageous, considering criteria such as cost, bidders past performance and/or service reputation, and service capability, quality of the bidders staff or services, customer satisfaction, bidders past relationship with the district.
Bidders must submit completed qualifications and other requirements of the RFB. The district seeks esponsive and responsible bidders.
Questions regarding this bid will be accepted until 12:00 PM on July 16, 2026. Responses to questions will be released as an addendum by 2:00 PM on July 17, 2026.
Failure to provide sufficient and required information may result in the proposal being rejected. A bid may be disqualified for lack of response to a request for clarification or missing information.
