This bid solicitation is for the recycling and disposal of scrap metal through a rebate program. The state of New Jersey is issuing the bid. The opening date is 10/21/2025. The contractor shall submit a sales report documenting all sales made under the contract. The contractor shall remit the procurement efficiency program fee in the amount of one percent 1 of all purchases to periscope. The base term of this contract shall be for a period of three 3 years.
