Vendors must complete an online registration process prior to submitting their proposal. All prices must be quoted F. O. B. Joliet Junior College. The college is exempt from federal, state, and municipal taxes. Bidders must be a Cisco authorized reseller and gold partner. No bids can be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled for 60 days after the bid opening date without consent. Changes or corrections to the bid documents may be made with written addenda. Bidders must hold pricing firm for 120 days from the date of award if additional quantities are required. The college reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Vendors should be aware that the contents of all submitted bids are subject to public review and will be subject to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. The vendor shall source Cisco products directly from Cisco and the vendor confirms to have sourced all manufacturer products submitted in this offer directly from manufacturer. The Joliet Junior College must be the original licensee of all Cisco software. In the event there are questions pertaining to the validity of the Cisco products, Joliet Junior College reserves the right to verify the origin of the Cisco products with Cisco systems, Inc. In the event the Cisco products have been acquired from unauthorized channels, Joliet Junior College further reserves the right to return the products for a full refund. The vendor shall certify to this clause in their bid submission by providing an authorized signature below.
