Warranty must cover a minimum of twelve 12 months from the equipment's go-live date and include all preventive and corrective maintenance for hardware and software, parts, repairs, labor, travel, and software updates at no additional cost.

The government intends to hold contractors strictly accountable, including through administrative contract remedies, if an awardee is later found to have omitted required items to present an artificially low price.
