The city of rockmart may select a different engineering firm from the respondents to this request for each project using the selection criteria provided in this request for qualifications.

Responding firms should have a strong record providing engineering services to local governments in Georgia and experience in working on federally assisted projects.

The completion date for the forest management plan is December 15th, 2027.

Professional services shall be awarded to the vendor whose proposal received the most points in accordance with criteria set forth in RFP. Evaluation criteria include completeness of response (5 points), qualifications proposal (60 points), and technical proposal (35 points).

Respondents must demonstrate experience in forest management planning and be financially solvent. The proposal should demonstrate the qualifications of the firm and of the particular staff to be assigned to this project.

The district also reserves the right to nullify, at any time, a contract resulting from this invitation for quotes for noncompliance of any part of agreed upon provisions as stated in this document.

Failure to comply with the instructions of this RFP will be cause for rejection of submittals.
