Contractor provides standard 1-year warranty on complete installation; manufacturer's warranty for new materials. the contractor shall provide to the city the contractors standard 1year warranty on the complete installation beginning from the date of acceptance by the city.
Best value based on technical approach (30%), cost proposal (30%), experience and qualifications (25%), and comparable projects/capacity (15%). award will be made based on the proposal that is most advantageous to the city of rochester hills.
