This is a sources sought notice, not a request for quotes, for an interactive therapy light board. The government will not reimburse responses. Interested parties must register in SAM and VISTA, and provide proof of country of origin. Responses must be emailed by 2:00 PM CST, June 6, 2025, and should not exceed 10 pages in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. A sources sought worksheet is attached. The equipment will be delivered to the Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center, Room 121, Bldg 67. The period of performance is 30 days upon contract award acceptance. Installation will be completed within a week per item, excluding training. Vendors will need to check in with the contracting officer or backup prior to entering the premises. The contractor will not have access to VA desktop computers, online resources, protected patient health information (PHI), or patient information. All research data is de-identified. No federal records will be created, maintained, used, or disposed of with this contract. Any changes to the statement of work must be authorized in writing by the contracting officer.

The solicitation is for a mobile climbing wall for the White River Junction VA Medical Center. The vendor is responsible for delivery, set up, training, and one-year warranty and maintenance. The VA will be responsible for inventorying materials prior to acceptance and maintenance after the warranty period. The vendor must provide technical documentation with all data deliverables. The solicitation includes FAR provisions and clauses, and the offerors must complete annual representations and certifications electronically via the SAM website. The quotation must include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. Product samples shall be submitted at no expense to the government, and returned at the sender's request and expense, unless they are destroyed during testing. The government may issue a purchase order to one or more offerors. The government reserves the right to issue a purchase order for a quantity less than the quantity quoted, at the unit prices quoted, unless the offeror specifies otherwise in the quotation.
