The bid submission deadline is July 24, 2026.

Payment terms are net 45 days after satisfactory delivery and receipt of correct invoice.

The award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder whose product or service meets the terms, conditions, and specifications of the ITB and whose bid is considered to best serve the city's interest.

Bids will only be considered from firms normally engaged in providing the types of commodities/services specified. The city reserves the right to inspect the bidder's facilities, equipment, personnel, and organization.

Items delivered that do not conform to bid specifications may be rejected and returned at the contractor's expense. Violations may result in the bidder's name being removed from the city's bidders mailing list and other remedies.

Samples or inspection of product may be requested to determine suitability. If requested, samples should be received by the city within seven working days of the request.

Protests must be delivered to the director of finance within five days after a notice of intent to award is posted on the city's website.

Failure to disclose affiliations with city officials or employees, submitting a false certification regarding boycotting Israel, or failing to comply with non-discrimination clauses can lead to disqualification.

The time allotted for substantial completion of the work is 60 consecutive calendar days from the notice to proceed, and the time allotted for final completion of work is 90 consecutive calendar days from the notice to proceed. This bid will not be considered unless this form has been fully completed and signed and certified by the bidder.
