These investments are associated with the April 2024 capital referendum. The District intends to partner with a single prime contractor who would be responsible for all associated scope, trades, and subcontractors related to the project. The vendor would be responsible for all local approvals
The Lake Country School District is seeking a construction partner for site improvements. Proposals are due November 17, 2025. A pre-proposal conference and site tour will be held on October 24. Questions must be submitted by November 5, 2025. The project includes asphalt replacement, concrete work, lighting replacement, and other site improvements. The contract award is scheduled for December 2025, with construction commencing June 8, 2026, and completion in August 2026.
