Ferris State University reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to award the contract in the best interest of the university.

The contract will be based on a evenue sharing contract with a consultant.

Significant, proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience successfully implementing IT strategies and IT security policies, preferably in the public sector. Technical management experience in computer networks and hardware and software systems. Expert knowledge of information technology standards and practices. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills and significant project management experience. Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, change management and people management. B. S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is desired. U. S. citizenship is required. Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain and maintain secret security clearance.

This position is located at OTA headquarters in Washington, DC. This is not a remote position. Some travel may be required.
