The class will be held at FEMA Region 5 office in Chicago, IL, between June 15, 2025 and September 30, 2025. Vendors must submit any questions no later than July 15, 2025, at 12:00 noon. The government will provide a training classroom, all utilities, an overhead projector, and easels. The contractor will provide the instructor, all class materials (electronic and printed), and any other necessary equipment. The instructor must have taught a similar class in the past twelve months. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
