The anticipated period of performance is September 21, 2026, through September 20, 2031. The contractor shall provide all subscription credentials and user access no later than the first day of the period of performance.

Invoices must be submitted annually in advance through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Short payment on vendor submitted invoices will no longer be processed or paid.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price.

Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award. The government will verify SAM registration prior to award. Failure to maintain an active SAM registration may render an offeror ineligible for award.
