Offerors must provide OEM authorization certification, proven track record in managing BAS PM/SC projects of the Niagara N4 Tridium system, familiarity with various BAS platforms, technical skills in programming BAS controllers, and relevant certifications. All onsite staff must have a minimum of five years of BAS experience and current manufacturer certification. The contractor must possess and maintain a valid top secret facility clearance.

Offers without OEM authorization certification, evidence of technical qualifications, or required security clearances will be deemed technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
