The City of Thornton, CO is seeking proposals for compensation study consulting services. Any sample submitted shall create an express warranty that the whole of the goods and/or services shall conform to the sample submitted.
The firm selected for the award will be chosen on the basis of the apparent greatest operational and financial benefit to Thornton, and not necessarily on the basis of lowest price.
Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of qualifications, experience, and the applicability of the solutions offered to meet Thornton's needs.
Proposing vendors are required to furnish samples of previous work/reports provided to other clients, which are to be supplied at no cost to Thornton.
The deadline to submit additional questions is July 8, 2026, at 11:00 p. m.
Failure to comply with requirements, such as restating the question before answering, may result in your proposal being declared nonresponsive. Late proposals will not be accepted.
