If the attempt is unsuccessful, the interested party may protest the solicitation or the award by filing a written protest with the administrative manager. The protest must be filed before the date and time the quotations or informal proposals are due to ahfc.

The estimated amount of the proposed contract is less than $5,000, $5,000 to $25,000, $25,000 to $100,000, $100,000 to $200,000, $200,000 to $500,000, or $500,000 or greater.
