Based on your previous work experience your company has been selected to receive this bid advertisement and is invited to submit a Bid. Please take the time to carefully read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by March 2, 2026, at 3 PM.

Jail plumbing remodel project Remove and replace the 4 toilets, 4 toilet carriers, 4 hung sinks, 4 urinals, 10 shower drain, and 10 shower valves in the 4 dorms, and 3 holding cells with acorn stainless steel fixtures. The 10 shower drains will be cored drilled out and replaced. Repair the floor and tile around the drain. The piping in the ceiling below will be replaced. The flush valves would be replaced along with the fixtures and copper piping in the chase. The 3 mixing valves would be replaced in the hallway. Saw cut the wall so the cabinets could be removed. New mixing valves with locking cabinets would be installed and the wall would be patched and painted. The nursing office faucet would be replaced with a sensor faucet. 18 combo toilet lav units would be replaced with new acorn units. Pipe insulation will be installed on new piping to cut down on condensations
