This notice is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation (CSS) for the purchase of wooden reels for DDSP. The closing date for responses is July 28, 2025, at 17:30 EST. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order. Materials must be shipped on serviceable pallets in accordance with ****, Revision C. The contract number must be marked on all paperwork and shipments. The order number must appear on the exterior of the shipment. The government will evaluate equally, as regards time of delivery, offers that propose delivery of each quantity within the applicable delivery period specified above. Offers that propose delivery that will not clearly fall within the applicable required delivery period specified above, will be considered nonresponsive and rejected.
