Offerors must submit their quotations, including required forms (SF18, pricing, FAR clauses), by 5:15 PM local time on August 9, 2025. The successful offeror will be registered in the SAM system and must provide a unique entity identification number prior to contract award. Delivery of all items must be completed within 30 days of contract award, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Fridays. Shipping documents, export control documentation, and other required licenses must be sent to the point of contact prior to delivery. The deadline for these documents is September 16, 2025. The award will be based on best value to a responsible offeror.

Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Offer due date is 20 Aug 2025, 12:00 PM local time. The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses. Delivery is FOB destination. The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The contractor shall ensure a payment request includes documentation appropriate to the type of payment request in accordance with the payment clause, contract financing clause, or FAR ****, allowable cost and payment, as applicable.
