The City of Bonner Springs, Kansas, is seeking rates from qualified contractors for on-call abatement services related to city ordinances. Contractors also waive the right to bring any claims against the city related to the bidding process.

By submission of a rate sheet for this request, the contractor hereby expressly waives the right to bring, file or enforce any and all claims or causes of action, legal or equitable, against the city, its officers, agents or employees that pertains or relates to the city's process, to include but not limited to the notice, letting, review and award stages, processes and procedures.
