The contract time to substantial completion is 15 calendar days, and the contract time to final completion is 10 calendar days after substantial completion. The desired completion date for the playground fencing installation is approximately June 12th, 2026. The notice states, contractors who may not be able to meet this approximate deadline should still submit a proposal.

The contractor will receive payment within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice, provided all work has been satisfactorily completed. The contractor shall submit one invoice to the town indicating the dates of service and quantity and type of materials used.

The town of Meredith reserves the right to reject any, or all, proposals or accept the proposal the town deems to be in its best interest, regardless of proposal acceptance the lowest bid amount.

The RFP requires the submission of three (3) professional references for similar projects in scope and size.

If the contractor fails to perform the work in the manner specified by this agreement, the town reserves the option to assess the contractor daily for non-performance. The town will notify the contractor of nonperformance and allow 24 hours for corrective action. If corrective action is not taken, the town will notify the contractor in writing of termination and assess a sum not to exceed **** per day.

The complete system shall include at minimum a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of installation.

Respondents shall furnish sufficient technical information necessary for the government to conclusively determine that the offered product/services meet the general requirements/specifications identified herein. At a minimum, responses shall include: business name, DUNS number, business address, business website, business size status (e. g. , SB, VOSB, SDB, WOSB, LB), point of contact name, mailing address if different from business address, phone number and email address. Sufficient descriptive literature that unequivocally demonstrates that the offered service can meet the herein general requirements/specifications, including technical specifications, descriptive material, literature, brochures and other information, which demonstrates the capabilities of the respondent to meet the general requirements/specifications.
